Do you make Proto-Type Molds?

Yes! Sometimes you just might want to test the field, material, or texture of your final product before commitint to a larger production molld. With the materials that are avialable in the market today, producing a short run proto-type tool is very possible.

Over the years we have experience working on projects for companies such as Todays Kids, John Deere, Snapper, Homelite, Graco, ACIPCO, US Pipe, BF Goodrich, Carlise, AE Straus, Motor Coach, and Firefly Outdoor & Marine LLC, just to name a few.

Mold Building and Design

Specailizing in building molds for the foam industry, we have build molds from Boat Bumpers for docks to Flag Football Helmets, and from Foam Seats to Go Cart steering wheels.

Depending on the type material your final product is going to be made from, an aluminum mold could be the most feasible of materials to build the

mold. We have built aluminum molds that have been in production for 20 years and more.
